Advanced practice in lower limb ulceration

Two-day competency based training, this course builds on the existing skills of participants who are already regularly managing patients with lower limb problems and wish to increase their knowledge and practical skills further.

 

This course can count for up to 12 hours of participatory learning for NMC Revalidation and is accredited by the Royal College of Nursing. Participants must already be competent in the application of compression bandaging.

About this course

You’ll be working with national experts and key opinion leaders who are skilled in the creative and person centred approach to leg ulcer management. Our people are published experts, recognised as innovators and leaders in their field and regularly present their work at conferences and events.

 

Both days for each course are fully virtual and must be completed. 09:30 – 16:00 each day

 

Virtual sessions – will be held using the MS Teams virtual learning environment (VLE) with informative webinars, discussion, JAM boards, Q & A and one to one sessions.

 

All the support you need – we have an Academy Moderator who’ll support you in digitally preparing for the course should you need assistance.
